2. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Analyze the overall project, determine the project's goals, scope, resources, costs and time.
- Project management:

• Work with customers to determine their requirements and expectations for products/services.
• Project initiation: Determine project goals, scope of work, expected project resources, and stakeholders interacting with the project.
• Create a project (including project plan and schedule), based on the project's scope of work, costs and milestones. Break down tasks, the order of tasks to be performed and propose expected personnel to perform them.
• Propose standards and number of personnel required to participate in the project according to each stage of the project plan.
• Manage project progress and quality
• Control the progress of project work and project members according to the plan.
• Carry out project activities in accordance with the required procedures.
• Manage issues and risks that may arise during project implementation (regarding progress, personnel, costs, project environment, assurance conditions, ...). From there, propose solutions and plans to handle problems and prevent risks.
• Manage project revenue and costs
• Manage outsource partners to ensure progress, quality and company procedures (if any)
• Acceptance with customers.
• Perform project closing procedures"
• Acting as a bridge between project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, contractors and internal departments.
• Reporting project status to superiors and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Evaluating effectiveness and learning from experience after project completion.
• Reporting daily and weekly work to management.
• Other tasks as directed by superiors.

3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Requirements: Graduated from College/University, major: Information Technology, Computer Science or major related to programming.

- Experience

• 2-3 years of programming experience.
• .NET, MVC programming.
• Javascript, Jquery: Basic level.
• HTML, CSS: Basic level.
• SQL Server: Basic level.
• Grasp new technologies and trends in web technology development web.
• Ability to use specialized English when recruiting programmers.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the industry: designing airline tickets and tourism or business management software.
